Why I started this blog (and what you’ll find here)

Hi! I’m Hana, and I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in March 2009.

Since then, I’ve lived in five countries, traveled to many more, and learned (sometimes the hard way) how tricky it can be to find safe gluten-free food when you’re away from home.

I created this blog because I wanted a place to share everything I’ve learned , and continue to learn along the way.

Here, you’ll find:

  • 🍽️ Celiac-safe restaurant finds from my travels and daily life
  • 🛒 Gluten-free product reviews and grocery store favorites
  • ✈️ Travel tips for making vacations safer and more fun with celiac
  • 🧠 My personal experiences living gluten-free across different cultures

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, planning a trip, or just looking for support , I hope this space becomes a helpful resource for you 💚

Let’s stay connected!
